Summer Staff
Each year Nebraska Lutheran Outdoor Ministries hires more than 65 college-age adults for a summer of learning, growing, fun, challenge, and friendship to be our Summer Ministry Team. Staff participate in ten days of extensive training to learn about Lutheran theology, safety, Bible study, teaching techniques, age characteristics, age-appropriate camp activities and all the ins and outs of camp life. The Summer Ministry Team then spends their summer caring for campers, sharing their faith and gaining valuable life skills.
