❑ Sweatshirt and jeans (it does get cold in the morning and evening)
❑ T-shirts, casual shirts (no tobacco, alcohol or drug ads, halter tops or spaghetti straps)
❑ Shorts or cut-offs (modest)
❑ Underwear and socks (both required)
❑ Pajamas or something to sleep in
❑ 2 pairs shoes (NO sandals, open toe shoes, crocs or thongs)
❑ Old shoes or water shoes and grubby clothes to wear when kayaking
❑ Warm jacket
❑ Rain gear
❑ Swimsuit (one-piece preferred), sunscreen and towel
❑ Hat for sun protection (A MUST)
❑ Bath towels and soap
❑ Comb/brush
❑ Toothbrush & toothpaste
❑ Other personal gear (glasses, shampoo, deodorant...)
❑ Insect repellant with 15-30% DEET suggested
❑ Flashlight and extra batteries

“Not Allowed” items will be held by staff and returned at the end of the week. NLOM reserves the right to search personal belongings, with the camper present, if we believe items not allowed have been brought to camp.
